The facts are Schadel increased the A/S from 1 Billion to 7 Billion.

Here is what happened - Shady increased the A/S from 1 Billion to 20 Billion - then decreased it to 8 Billion like he was doing shareholders a favor - then he "retired" 1 Billion shares.

Keep in mind Schadel hasn't filed a Amendment to the Articles of Incorporation - the A/S in Nevada is still 8 Billion shares.

During that time - Schadel jumped the shark with the idiotic stock cert burning - pure amatuer hour.

Makes no sense to retire 1billion and then split. That just sounds dumb.
