I use the standard deviation (auto) parameters for the pivots as it will configure to the time frames (daily weekly hourly etc.). The horizontal lines are extensions that I add on to the Volume-by-Price bands to make it easier to see supply/demand (resistance/support) set by previous high volume areas.
