We have an old poster that has for the entire time of WMIH's BK been sending reports to the SEC and FINRA, sometimes as many as 10 a day.

Have you seen one single action against any involved in the trading of WAMU/WMIH?

The SEC sits on it's hands or has it hands in it's pants while watching porn on their office computers.

For all intents imho the SEC is an agency created and in existence to make AVG JOE SIX PACK FEEL GOOD like there is someone WATCHING and CARING FOR THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!

IN OPEN COURT ON THE RECORD OUR JUDGE was shown evidence of insider trading and she herself called it color able!!!!!!!!!

Have you seen charge one??????????? Any go to jail? any required to relinquish their holding or profits?

OH and a BK COURT JUDGE can NOT PARDON insider traders or make that go away...AND SHE CALLED EM OUT AND GUILTY............ SO imho the SEC is a big ass dog with NO TEETH.
