this is a patently false statement as Market Makers are allowed to go long and go short stocks up to a certain % of their Equity..
They are to facilitate a Market..
HOW does Anavex trade Millions of shares in the final hour or 30 minutes of trade on a Friday? honestly..Anavex is wickedly manipulated..
