Yes, Brexit opens a can of worms - short term, stock market is going to be very volatile - AMRN stock won't be immune to this, will just get caught up in the maelstrom - might provide a buying opportunity for those wanting more shares.

BTW, if your friend can afford it, he should throw in as much extra as he can afford into his monthly mortgage payments after the refi - when I did my 3rd years ago, changing from a 2nd 30 yr to a 20 yr, I started adding $100/mo extra, then gradually increased it over time - I'll have it paid off 7 yrs early, saving me tens of thousands of dollars in interest payments.
