I would like to think that because of all the excellent data and the priority review that an adcom won't be necessary. After all, endo's Opana got an adcom ten days ago and their pdufa date was two weeks after ours (also teva & pfizer didn't have priority review.) But what makes me nervous is that Mr. Hakim said he feels like an 80-90% chance of getting one. Granted he has to say there is a possibility but would it be necessary to say such a high likelihood? If approval is given on or before the pdufa, fantastic. If it is given an adcom for the fall then I'll just gather up more shares when the price drops after that announcement. Until then I'm waiting with bated breath. Would be interested to know if anyone else feels similar.
