I don't think they would say whoops we gave you priority review, we made a mistake with your data. So we will approve the drug without a label at this time. Umm wait another 2 months for our ADCOM meeting we forgot to schedule that for you as well. Will see soon enough how the FDA handles Elite. It really could be the gold standard. Purdue and Pfizer will be sheeting themselves, umm literally.
