Anybody with half a brain and a bit of research can see that all ESCU has is an old patent on an upgrade to the blade structure on a windmill design from the early 1900's.

And, SEC with decades of doing this and thousands of experts does not even have half-brain to know this??? LOL

On the contrary, it shows if SEC does not have any problem with 40 million dollars asset of ESCU it means there isn't any problem with 40 million dollars asset of ESCU :)
