There are no hard facts or links to support it, so we can't know for sure. It sure looks like dilution to me.

That last filing showed no dilution up until June 21.

After that it's wide open and we would not know about any dilution until next filing, which is thru July 31 and the end of Asuv's fiscal year. Technically, that filing (annual report) is not due until 90 days after fiscal year end.

This may be the note converting but highly unlikely IMO

I'm holding onto a little of my position that's pretty much worthless now but I'm going to ride it out til the end.
