Today is the perfect time to launch or add to a position in NRZ. I've been adding ever so cautiously, not out of fear but because this pick flies well under the radar for most investors. As August 28th looms ever closer, this pick may rise disproportionately to much of the rest of the market. If it doesn't? No harm done as it's proving to be nicely profitable anyhow.

For the uniniated, this is a REIT---very well managed and highly respected in the real estate community.My position is very small---just 417 units with a cost basis of $12.47. I'm limited in terms of building a position more typical of me as this is a holding in the wife's regular IRA.

I'm seriously considering a position in our general account.
