Elon and tesla are putting together a bid to buy Solar City which has no effect on SUNEQ. Elon wants to get rid of the scty board to transform tesla home packs and scty into the future of energy. He is bidding around 2.8 billion ~ 26-28 a share which will hurt as the stock was a buy at 40 6 months ago. SunEdison won't see this love as Elon still controls SCTY he just hates boards and making profit, he is more consumed with innovation and not the share holders, tesla is suffering because of that now.
