Beside my big loss ($100k+). It is not IDCC's fault that stock price drop. Stock is pure DEMAND-SUPPLY at certain moment in time.
We did not give in to Nokia. Management had tried its best to get it signed (I believe). I think this may settle in next 60 days. What could Nokia says if Federal judge said no to for its request to unseal the agreement between two parties?. IMO, Nokia would sign before going to binding arbitration. I would rather sign the agreement that I know rather than from BINDING arbitration (that I do not know outcome yet).
