You do understand that Gary F Kimmons stopped filing with the Government Ha Ha

Let me put it in layman's terms. The evidence shows that Kimmons was not padding his own pocket.

If that were the case he would have had to report his earnings to the SEC. What little he made he reported.

This information is of no value since Gary decided to stop sending Audited information to SEC

But guess what he did instead....? Yep make more excuses and ramble on and on about how he was going to submit Audited SEC filings to Government. But hey he found time to keep selling shares right? ;)

How many times did Gary say blah blah working on the Audit, followed by some more blah blah working with such and such to remove DTC CHILL (Btw there is no 8K filing to back up what he said)and more ridicilous excuses after another that end costing eDoorways shareholders


And now Escue Energy is telling Uncle Sam that the company had cash flow issues and that's why Gary F Kimmons didn't finish his promised 2009-2011 Audited SEC 10K. Given the staggering amount of shares that were sold where the Hell did eDoorways shareholder funds go? And now Gary F Kimmons interestingly goes and starts FlashZero. Did he use eDoorways funds on FlashZero?
