That is right. Certain MM's work with the toxic death spiral convertible holders. They sit up on the ask and sell as many shares at they can find buyers for. The MM doesn't own the stock - they go short during the day and right before the close they contact the toxic convertible holder and tell them how many shares they need to close out their ledger flat for the day. The toxic death spiral holder then submits a conversion notice to the Transfer Agent for that many shares, and seconds later they sell them to the MM. A guaranteed and immediate 50% profit for the toxic convertible holder with no risk!

The number of shares that can be sold at $0.0001 is virtually unlimited at 93 BILLION. All they need is people who somehow think this is a good stock to buy - volume is the only limiting factor and based on the recent volume, they are running out of new buyers to take all those discounted shares off their hands.
