please explain to me that some states that pick and choose which federal laws they will follow or obey, which laws they will shun or just not prosecute please tell me how that is not a quasi or impromptu secession?
Some states, allow for medical marijuana in direct violation of federal law, collect taxes on it inside their state and if you play their game, they will not arrest you. They will not step in front of the feds but the feds allow this to happen
Look at immigration or the lack of enforcement, sanctuary cities its just these are liberal democratic ideology and as such they are left alone by the current administration to do their own thing
So explain to me how it would go down if TEXAS decided to arrest, incarcerate and deport illegal immigrants contrary to federal law?
please tell me factually how those are different?
