Why would I be desperate? This is 95%+ off it's highs because the company doesn't want to disclose the reason the P3 hasn't done anything for 10 months. Companies that do that are hiding something.

If Cognate was as confident as you, they would be taking payment in shares, not %100 cash. Why would they want to be paid in all cash if this thing is going anywhere but down?
