TDCP: Thinking of buying in again ...

But NOT unless and until I hear a solid financial plan from this new entity. If they want to issue stock to pay down debt or for operating expenses that is fine with me. I will wait until they either do a reverse split OR increase their authorized share limit.

Otherwise they will need "private" financing which means someone or some group with deep pockets. Or last but not least a bank loan or credit facility.

If its convertible debt, I will run away again as fast as I can! -lol
