Oh Right, the multiplier of 3?

Example:

Let's say the dilution caused by the shorting made it so that outstanding shares were 150,000 instead of 100,000.

Lets simply then use market cap. 4.5 billion market cap would only pen out (for pragmatic PPS purposes) to the equivalent of 3 billion market cap for NWBO investors due to the dilution on PPS.

1.5 billion x 3 = 4.5 billion.

That would be a lot for even a large hedge fund.
