SUNEQ- For the record "I" am "1" of a group of "11" trader's. Hence-Trading Group. We are also OTC scam investigator's and are currently testifying against APS in Federal Court in Brooklyn NY for yet another scam, VL*X. This is what we do, been there done that , in US and Canada many time's.This particular scam was based in Belize.
Our point: we consider ourselves "professional trader's" and have done very well. BUT we got caught up in this fiasco , not big money but , money is money and it is a loss to date. What we did from the start when BK was announced was send letters to Judge Bernstein. Won't divulge the content's but what I will say is that I gave my summer residence address, just to see what would happen. We already received the typical BK B.S. at our office, giving us a play by play with legal doc's. But within the last few weeks I have received some very interesting mail from Judge Bernstein's personal assistant's, not only acknowledging our correspondence but assuring us that he heard us and will do everything legally possible to make us whole.
Take what you want from this , may amount to something or nothing. Who know's.
I now have total respect for this judge, either way, win or lose.
