That was pre-Linda correct? If so then meaningless

I beleive she was COB and majority owner then. I realize technically that would not give her reasnon to be involved in ordinary business, but I would tend to think she was.

Regardless, the core of my post was countering all the dozens of posts here claiming that the UK somehow meant fast track and/or a BLA was being (or has been) submitted. All that site has in comments is a collection of items from SEC and other public documents. Just a rehash.

Leaving out the pre-Linda stuff, one still has:

. The fast track quote has been repeated near verbatum in the last 4 10Ks
. The AA line was posted 5 years ago
. The Sep primary trial completing is from clinicaltrials.gov and has been changed many times in the past (often shortly before it would have been reached).
