LOL Jugs ...

Yes it appears you do have some venom ... but in my opinion because you are a very astute "investor" From the holdings you have mentioned owning ... it is possible that you are not seeing the forest from the trees?

YOUR statement has me a bit confused >>>

My only wish is that PFIE deserved it. Those statements attributable to PFIE were written FOR but not necessarily BY an in-house Investor Relations person. It's cheaper to maintain a contract with an outside agency. In other words, a professional writer is engaged to take information, however sparse it may be, and effectively wield it into an imaginative piece designed to stimulate interest which, hopefully, will turn into a buyer's lust. I just love the reference to shareholder value---where'd that concern show up since the glory days? And how have shareholders been rewarded?

So you are saying that the seeking alpha post of the conference call or rather the conference call was put together and written by someone outside the company??? FYI ... That was not a pump piece written by an "outside agency"it was simply an exact word for word copy of the conference call. So your statement above is a bit confusing to me.At this point I can only assume that you thought the seeking alpha piece was something other than what it was; It's simply a transcript of what was said during the conference call.I'll link it again at the end of this post along with a link that you don't have to sign into if anyone wants to listen to the call again.I found it very positive on many levels and didn't hear BS in any of it.I thought they were quite frank ... succinct and honest about their current situation since the downfall of oil prices.

You have stated ... paraphrasing here ... that PFIE has no organic growth... no dividends ... that it is not a growing company in that it gives something to shareholders in return.

As well I believe you can add 5 years to when the company "came about" it states on their website and other places >>>

"Profire Energy got its start in 2002, when Profire Combustion was first incorporated. As Profire Combustion grew, it eventually became a wholly owned subsidiary of Profire Energy (a public company) when it was acquired in 2008. In the decade since Profire Combustion started, our products have been sold around the world, and Profire Energy continues to grow today."

So yes you could say that with the assumptions you are making that it is even worse than you thought because they have been around for 15 years and not 8-9 LOL! Just keeping the facts real!!

I also wouldn't say that they are "desperate" I think they are simply working out the bugs in the system ... As well I can't/won't commit myself to saying what I may or may not do ... when I might sell or buy this because for me and I've said it before it is a moving target.

For instance I bought in this time 2 days before they announced the 2 million stock buyback ... I WAS ONE of the sellers you were talking about after earnings LOL! I dumped at 1.10/1.09 and bought back in just prior to the end of the call the next day.The timing was right for me ... I saw it coming because I generally know how this stock breaths!!

I understand your thinking that this might go back down under 1.00 but I am not feeling that,(its all about feelings ),,, ... but ... looking at oil prices and the fact that the company has not performed well with oil when you compare the two together,as they stated in the conf. call.

I was already on it before they even said it,,, so was in 100% agreement with the company.Unfortunately by the time they/if they buy back stock it will already be much higher than it is now. They are dealing with the "blackout" AND OTHER RULES LIKE >>> THEY CAN'T PURCHASE ANYMORE THAN 25% OF THE AVG. DAILY VOLUME....NOT ALLOWED TO BUY IN THE last 30 minutes of trading and so on.

PFIE is still debt free ... has increased their cash availability and is making inroads into new uses of their products,,, they have increased customers but the sales $ amounts have dropped off.I understand that and so does the market ... supply and demand ... but will it dip below 1.00 again? Maybe ... but in my opinion ...it won't drop enough for anyone to pick up very many cheap shares again. If you noticed ... even the day of the conf. call it maintained .99 all day long with a brief dip at the open to .95 .... and has strengthened each day since.

Here's my scenario in a nutshell ...YOU EVER do a burnout??? Ya know how you punch the gas and put your foot on the brake at the same time ... then you gradually let off the brake and the tires smoke and ya rip down the street.... well Friday the foot started coming off the brake.... I heard a little tire squeal!!!

I think the stock should be over 2.00 a share at a minimum and from current levels if you can't see the gain in that (100%) I don't know what I could say ... but I'm not here to convince anyone to buy or sell ...I guess I'm posting to make my case ... to find out if there are any flaws in my thinking ... to compare it to others thoughts ... but we all have our own trading methods and our own battles , as you know...

I think this is a traders stock (we need more volume though) .... that could move into being the type of company that you always speak of. So even though it's not truly a start up company it is still acting like it in many ways and could ... yes that's "could" become the type of company that more astute "investors" might want to buy and hold for long term growth and dividends etc.

For me though gaining hundreds of % points from 1.00 back to 6.00 or in my opinion this time it might just head north of 10.00 if the cards start falling their way.Well ... I'll take a thousand percent gain any time over dividends etc. but you're talking to someone who never usually buys and holds anything forever!!! LOL! I'm just flying by the seat of my pantaloons and taking my best shot for what I perceive to be the quickest gains!! Dammit I need that Ferrari!!!

smile Have a Great ... Happy ... Fathers day weekend!!!

P.S. Just because I'm not posting ... doesn't mean I'm not around. I'm a voyeur sometimes for weeks or even months at a time... LMAO!!
