We are near the end of the second quarter and still not really in phase II. Even a lower market cap would be appropriate under the circumstances. Until we are well into phase II and showing good results, there is nothing to stop the shorters from using BPTH as a channel trade.

As far the Russell indexes are concerned are we sure this short selling is not related the "big boys" need to acquire the stock for reconstitution?

If wordlender is correct being out the Russell indexes may be a good thing until we are in the middle of a positive phase II trial.
