Thank you for the comments. When someone has been in a stock for a long period of time as I have here, they tend to gather a great deal of information and learn a great deal about not only the company but those that lead it. That's why I detailed my research in my post about why MHYS was 0001 and NO BID

That said, the idea of a share buyback date back over 2 years actually, and long before the S/S grew to where it is now. The problem with the idea is I for one have never seen a stock at this level increase the A/S multiple times over a single year only to buy them back. Instead, especially in the pinks, the normal action when attempting to lower the A/S is the common R/S. And while some here may kick, scream and stomp their foot at that suggestion, IN MY OPINION that is exactly what will occur with MHYS at some point in the future, assuming of course the stock continues to trade.

What may surprise some is that should this company renew its Business License, become current with the SEC and execute a R/S. I for one will view this as a positive and remove my shares from sale. Reason being, if an R/S occurs no trader actually loses a penny. While you do in fact have fewer shares, the value remains unless or until the stocks trade for a lesser value than the newly adjusted pps. Now I would fully expect the value to begin dropping immediately as a large number of traders would see an opportunity to escape with at least some of their initial investment. But I would "take a huge risk" and hold my shares. Should the company release a positive PR, promote a movie or release any type of fluff after an R/S. There is a "chance" the pps could actually rise. Certainly not a "to the moon" make me rich type of thing. But a nice little profit. All that strictly IN MY OPINION ONLY. GLTY

I Buy only at 0001, Flip 1/2 at 0002 and Grow Diversity. RESEARCH, never risk more than you can afford to LOSE. ONLY YOU are responsible for your Trades
