It was already close to being maxed out - then an additional 234M shares was issued out of the blue (still waiting on that explanation why!! Ryan said we would learn soon)... So that would have pushed it close to maxed out. Then BAM The TA was gagged so we have no idea what has happened since.. Only assumptions right now because that's all that we can go off of which is lame because we are suppose to have a CEO who is transparent but hasn't been...
