Hi Jerry,

I will not be able to attend this Saturday class.

I am using my i-phone with hot spot for this post.

I lost my Internet, TV and Phone service yesterday evening. I called Frontier. They could not fix it remotely and earliest service man will come is Monday (I have my fingers crossed). Last month it was phone and took several calls with long hold and 3 weeks to fix.

Frontier really sucks.
