In 8k, Pope signs as CEO of pixelmags, Levin signs as CEO of Pixel Holdings, Inc.

Vert was VC for pixelmags, then Pixel Holdings seems to have made a deal with Vert in February 2016 prior to the SPCL stock swap.

Pixelmags is a natural fit into the Vert Portfolio. .
