NWBO needs to raise cash in the next few weeks. Once they start looking, those who they work with will start shorting into the deal.

Kind of ironic, if NW was a stock manipulator (and not an honest investor), he really could create a short squeeze here. His shares are certainly all loaned out. Just buy some on the market and pull loaned shares home.
