Your kidding right? Lopehandia had almost the exact same case thrown out of the Chilean court system IMMEDIATELY after filed several weeks ago.....and this will be different...how? This is just another of the frivolous lawsuits I have been talking about.....lose a case....file it in another civil court or slightly change the accusations and re-file it......this won't be allowed to go on forever folks....this is abusing the court system.

Here is a hint for MSX/LOPE/TORRES.....if your going to file against the BCSC.....do it in Canada....I don't care what agreement is in place....you would never get extradited to Chile from Canada on these "accusations". Murder....yes....he said/she said....NEVER. Also, no attorney worth his salt would file his own criminal complaint/court case ....he would have another attorney represent him.
