And like I have said I the past plenty off companies do exactly that. As in my Nintendo example they don't give updates as much as you guys make it seem as are supposed to happen. But besides that I believe NEAH has been giving updates it's just that when they announce anything most people just resort to mocking and calling it PR suave and or more BS.
