If the 10k was filed today, everything would be included in the subsequent event section up until the day it was filed.
No need to wait for the next filing.

I wonder if its taking so long to file the quarterlies because KJ wants them out at the same time. Releasing the 1st quarter might hurt stock price as theres nothing good on that, but combine it with the 2nd Q filling which will have some good profit shown on it and we will be happier. 3rd is when it will get really good however.
