But I was hoping for a large enough settlement that overfunded what they thought they needed to run the business where they could possibly give some of the settlement as a dividend to shareholders.
I am just trying to find a reasonable explanation for why;
if the settlement was really as large as some CLAIM,
that every cent needed to be stuck in a legal fund.
Something does not wash here.
Add to that the general lack of transparency that seems to have been the norm for awhile now
and things in KB's past....
It's a popular choice to believe that anyone who asks questions...
or brings up any subject that doesn't fit with the "To The Moon" rhetoric
must be short or working for someone (I believe you suggested JnJ).
I can't speak for everyone, but both miss the mark for me.
