The PR piece that got put out, unfortunately, raised more questions than it answered for me. Now, there may be good business reasons for not telegraphing every step that they are taking so I am willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. And they did beat J&J in court. That buys them lots of credibility in my mind. I think in 6 months to a year we should see them make big inroads into the test strip market and find some semblance of a sustainable business model. If not sooner. So I don't thing I will have long to wait. But I was hoping for a large enough settlement that overfunded what they thought they needed to run the business where they could possibly give some of the settlement as a dividend to shareholders.

I think the questions and disappointments raised about how the settlement deal was done detracts from the more important part of the PR which talks about selling the test strips. That part comes out very clear. And, in my mind, it is the most important part of the equation because it support a sustainable revenue stream that could cause a significantly higher share price.
