I honestly do not think he is attempting to be fraudulent, I do think he has a loose relationship with the truth.
His version of the truth may be tied up with what he hopes will happen.
Not sure what is mucking up his supposed agreements with various other companies, but they don't seem to ever be fulfilled. There is no transparency, so its tough to speculate on the why's, all we can do is look at the lack of followup.
He spent quite a bit of money on the IP for the Formira HOD for it to go nowhere, what happened there ?
It's things like this that make me wonder if there is something wrong with the tech, or maybe he is wanting too much for licenses, or too many concessions from potential buyers that result in failed deals.
If he ever announces the national lab that is interested in his Battery and fuel cell then that will give his claim some legitimacy, a grant even more so. Without Grant and National Lab in hand, his announcement is hard to swallow.
