So, at the end of the day, what did we learn this week.

1. Management views shareholders as third class citizens.
2. Mssrs. Merritt and Shay still have no clue with respect to level playing fields for the customers of IDCC which explains the difficulty in both licensing, renewals and the recent litigation regarding claims levied by our licensees against the company. If these two gentlemen exhibit the flippancy and total incompetence regarding fair and reasonable terms with IDCC customers, it is no wonder why we have put so many lawyers' children through college over the years. The Qcom model has been successful longer than the 17 year chase after Nokia for 3g.
3. I do not know about the rest of you, but the filing of appeals by H and Zte are material events regarding an investment in IDCC to me.
4. We are stuck with management and the BOD in light of the institutional ownership whether we like it or not. The folks briefly appearing at the ASM are safe as in church with nice annuities for the life of the company.
5. The company bragging about connectivity has a glitch with a rainstorm while companies in Texas have stayed connected during 5 weeks of hard rain, high winds, flooding and hail.
6. IDCC possesses engineers with foresight and seat of the pants monetizing management.
7. At the close of business yesterday, I felt insulted at the lack of effort put forth by the company toward the shareholders.
8.Can any of us act surprised at the lack of analyst coverage over the years.
9. Yes, I know the old saying "if you do not like it, sell". Yes, I have a decision to make.

The above is just my reaction after 30 years of rooting for IDCC.
