Your right Bill. Years ago when they had a contract with the US Navy for a fuel cell, the Navy had to help Neah finish the contract to meet its spec. Even after the Dr. claiming success, the Navy bought nothing as far as future sales from it. That speaks volumes. I sense desperation by plenty here trying to keep the stock price propped up. The usual suspects will spin it of course. It will keep going down regardless of what is said here.
