Well i am sure you want to believe that. I do too but the reality is that you dont know if it is or not.
Neither do i.

But typically if a BK doesnt wipe out the commons they find a way to reduce share count to allow access to future financing.

May or may not happen here but SUNEQ shares will be canceled at the end of the BK.
If the commons are not wiped out we will need to wait until the POR is settled before we find out the ratio of new to old.
But the OS will not be the same.
