As many of you who attended the June 1st call are aware, 3DIcon has entered into an agreement to merge with Coretec Industries LLC, a supplier of commercialized technologies, products, and services solutions for energy-related industries such as oil & gas, renewable energy, distributed energy and power generation.

We are pleased to share this news, and as 3DIcon and Coretec leadership stressed on the call, we believe this relationship to be one in which the two companies' technologies significantly complement one another.
