If requires a vote by shareholders of buyout, merger, partnership, gotta set it up and 'sell it'. If you're shocked that very, very, few know about the IMSC gem (we know why), imagine the buyer's stockholders. Probably get a PR or two for sales, let the SP run up. IMHO it spells a premium being paid, gotta justify it.

It's not for us or buyer's company officers (they already reviewed all this).

Now we know why June 30 deadline with a large debt payment chunk, then balance end of year. Will take time to wrap it up.
