They could have put all of that in the buyout PR though, so I'm not really 'getting' the strategy angle. Yes, the 'why ISC' needs to be explained - a good case made - but normally that's just done in the PR that announces the buyout. Why should it be different this time? I hope you are right, of course -- just not seeing it though.
