That's a pretty big "IF" as the first document from the uclh nhs site states that the sponsor initiated the delay- updated March 2016.

If I am putting this together accurately, the second document, from a hospital in Birmingham, states neither, meaning neither the sponsor or nhs initiated the delay.

We have learned that all websites are not updated equally, especially with the minutiae of these trials. But at least the first document gives a date.

I thought that the screening halt started in Germany and spread to other nations. Is it possible that German regulators imposed the screening halt in Germany but NWBO decided to follow suit in other countries? Just a thought- not married to it.
