looks to me that the final hurdle for true next-gen telecom proto is the optimization of the oc-48 modulator, the subsequent scale up in speed is described as a virtual slam dunk to be accomplished in just a matter of months thereafter; on datacom the slot requires some partnering so perhaps a JV deal will be done in the coming months

as far as the stock goes, I would expect the pps begin to reflect the risk reductions of the great accomplishments thus far; based on Lebby's presentation it seems to me he if very very confident we can get this done on the current timeline
