Hi bill, Because of how Ferris has recently talked about shareholder value and increased liquidity, I doubt anyone is in the process of buying VirTra. But sometimes these things do pop up out of the blue and the company being bought doesn't always have much of a say in the matter.

Just about any realistic price would be strongly accretive to Taser so then the question becomes "What price would VTSI shareholders accept?". I would bet someone like Taser could get the company today for 40 to 55cents. Maybe closer to 40 cents if all cash, maybe closer to 55 cents if cash plus TASR shares? Fun to think about.
