VoIP-pal pays Mike Waggitt alleged fraudster and co-conspirator 3,000,000 shares and his cohort Karim Sayani received same for "professional services" as stated in their financials. It appears on Howe street that they are the promoters on VoIP-pal. How many Voip-pal shareholders would like to ask the BOD why they paid out so much for so little. And the stock continues its decline, down to 25% of the value from when they were initially compensated.We as shareholders would like to know. Just our opinion .
