You are correct. The Preliminary Injunction expired because Prometheus elected not to post additional money for a bond.

As for the rest of the case, Prometheus has filed for summary judgment.

Labor Smart has filed for sanctions but has not followed proper procedure for those sanctions.

The Court has scheduled a contempt hearing for June 24th against Labor Smart and Schadel to see if they have, in fact, violated a protective order and are in contempt of court.

Those are the facts.
