Pretty sure it would not have mattered. I don't think a paid promoter is bringing any love. I don't know what it is going to take anymore. Was it HC Wainwright, or someone like that, that initiated coverage recently with a buy and that didn't seem to bring in any significant buyers. Maxim restating their opinion for the 3rd or 4th year in a row seems pointless to me. They need a deal with someone real to bring credibility.
