"Remember they have a shareholder/creditor who owns approx half or more of the float based on estimates along with warrants to purchase even more shares. His shares and warrants will be rolled back too. Do you REALLY think they're going to want to dilute the crap out of the stock causing his investment to lose 40% or more of its value?

I think they have something else up their sleeves...and I think as long as their shareholder/creditor is around, the common shareholders will benefit as long as he's benefitting."
