It's not a tactic that will only benefit the common shareholders as I will agree, they're not doing anything specifically to help us small peons get rich.

It has been stated that they have investors interested but they are concerned about the low share prices and manipulation.

So how do you put that behind you? Shake the traders out, leaving mostly the crazy longs. Once they're out, reverse split and drop a bombshell PR (or an A/S reduction).

Kaboom.

PPS looks much better then. Traders who chased got in but the rest were left on the bid expecting a 40% haircut. With the right news the traders who managed to get in might opt to hold. Or they keep dropping PRs and the traders sell only to see the price going in the wrong direction--up.

Remember they have a shareholder/creditor who owns approx half or more of the float based on estimates along with warrants to purchase even more shares. His shares and warrants will be rolled back too. Do you REALLY think they're going to want to dilute the crap out of the stock causing his investment to lose 40% or more of its value?

I think they have something else up their sleeves...and I think as long as their shareholder/creditor is around, the common shareholders will benefit as long as he's benefitting.
