LOL. No, there is no proof ... and never will be because none exists. However, it is a fact that Judge Ungora wrote that MW intentionally defrauded Steve Adelstein and that he acted with "scienter."

The only chance he has of staying out of jail is running. I think he will. That's what cowards do when faced with the truth.
