Docket #470 was filed by Steven D. Pohl, who specializes in corporate bankruptcy. The docket was written extremely well and here is a link to his background. He has represented quite a few Chapter 11 cases. Take a minute to read this link. This looks like our best shot at an Equity Committee. I believe there will be an Equity Committee, however if the motion is denied and no committee is formed, this might be over for all of us. I am long on SUNEQ with 239,600 shares.
