I agree with you. This kind of behavior is due to the fact that every trader wants to be smarter than all the rest, by acting individually to make a short gain like you well explained. The problem is that all the other traders think and act like him/her, and then it becomes a trend. The sum of individuals kills the runs.

Ahhhhhhh, "but I was smarter than the others, I didnt pay the maximum price".

I shaved $ 15 , LOL!! "I am not going to be a sucker and buy at the ask, let the others do that".

Then you have another type, that keeps yelling "I want this to go down another 20-40% so I can load and sell high". It is really frustrating, in the pinks.


Me, I always buy and sell at the ask.
